Plasma Fresh is a brand by a reputable and renowned company registered as Georock Desing Ltd. We are a recognized wholesale supplier and online retailer based in the EU. We specialize in selling professional-grade medical devices, particularly PRP kits which are used during the extraction process of platelet-rich plasma. The latter is known for having incredible healing proprieties and is widely used in Plasmolifting therapies.

What currency are your prices in?

For EU clients, the prices on our online store appear in EURO (EUR, €). If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, the prices you see will be shown in GBP (£) and if you are based in the US, all prices will be automatically converted to USD ($).

What shipping methods and delivery times do you offer?

We offer internal shipping and the shipping methods we use are Mail and Courier delivery. Our delivery times typically go as follows:

• Standard Mail delivery for orders within the EU: 7-9 business days
• Priority Mail delivery for orders within the EU: 6-7 business days
• Standard Courier delivery for orders within the EU: 3-6 business days
• Express Courier delivery for orders within the EU: 1-2 business days
• Standard Mail delivery for orders outside of the EU: 15-20 business days
• Priority Mail delivery for orders outside the EU: 10-15 business days
• Courier delivery for orders outside the EU: 7-10 business days

We accept two different payment methods – via bank transfer and debit/credit card. You can shop from our online store using Maestro, Visa, Borica or MasterCard cards. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, there may be additional fees and taxes which your bank may ask you to cover. With this payment option, orders will be sent only after the payment has been proceeded.

When is your customer service available?

Can I get wholesale prices?

Yes, you can. We offer products on wholesale prices to retailers. If you make bulk purchases, you also have the chance to enjoy generous price cuts on select products. With us, personalized quotes are also on the menu. Simply contact us and will tell you everything about it.

Do your prices include VAT or not?

No, the listed prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are shopping from an EU country, that tax will be automatically added to your final price. You will be able to review it before you proceed to payment. If you are shopping outside the EU, you will not be required to pay VAT either. Nevertheless, other regional fees and taxes may apply depending on your location and the local laws.

I received the wrong product. Can I return it?

Yes, as long as you notify our team about the problem with your order not more than 3 days after you have received it. For more details, check out our Return Policy page.

My package is stuck at customs. What should I do?

We urge all of our customers to familiarize themselves with their country’s regulations and rules related to international shipping before they make an order. If your package is suspended in customs duties, we will not be able to assist you or to provide you with a refund. As a customer, it is entirely your responsibility to know your country’s import rules. However, if you do find yourself in such a situation, our advice would be to get in touch with the nearest customs office.
